4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

Dubai Mart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order you place. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases made at Dubai Mart.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payments

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), full payment in AED must be handed to the courier upon delivery.

Refusing to accept or pay for a confirmed COD order without a valid reason may result in the suspension of your ordering privileges on Dubai Mart.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
